MY STORY & BACKGROUND

 
 

I am a Life Coach, Registered Therapist and Certified Counselor. I have a B.S. in Social Health and Human Development and my Masters in Counseling.

My clinical and academic background is complimented by my studies and exploration in Consciousness, Spiritual/Relational Intimacy, Yogic Sexuality, healing trauma on the level of energy and 10+ years of studies and practice in Energetic Literacy.

I love working with individuals who seek growth, challenge and support; as well as a greater connection to and understanding of themselves and their life purpose, passions and relationships. I also truly love working with couples who have a desire to create a healthier, more intimate, communicative and loving relationship.

Because I know that I do not know. I am guided to find my way. There he sat, at the edge, opened to the sky, rooted into the earth, lost in the gentle breeze; feeling into the infinite moment that is life, death and beyond.
On a material level we come into this world alone and we leave this world alone. On a human level we also FEEL alone throughout the journey, because we realize, we are in fact usually alone in relation to other humans and our connections on that leve
I challenge everyone, during this collective experience, to set time everyday to quiet the mind. Feel into your heart. And continue to feel until the gates open, the floods come and you feel the anchors within unhook from their depths. This is a bea
